Question: How often will you be in contact with me about my disability case?

Answer: It depends (yes, truly).

The frequency of our interaction depends on where you are in the disability claims process.

New disability clients will hear from us several times in the first couple of weeks, as we learn more about you and your case. We communicate by text, email, or telephone. Just let us know which method you prefer.

After that, we generally call or email you about once per month.

If you have an appeal that is due or a hearing date coming up, you will hear from us more frequently. If we are waiting for a hearing date or for a decision, you may not hear from us as often.

If you have questions or concerns anytime throughout your claim – do not hesitate to reach out to us!

We are always happy to hear from our clients and ready to answer your questions. But, I cannot speak for other attorneys or law firms. So, if you have another attorney helping you, be sure to ask them this question!
